Vreta Regenerative Initiative
A place being built by hand – reclaimed oak, reused windows, an orangery, a pond and gathering spaces – for workshops, leadership retreats, ceremonies and cultural events in nature.
For more than twenty years I have designed leadership development and organisational change – helping people, teams and enterprises see the whole and act from it.
Organisations are living systems. Change them by helping the people inside them grow.
I work where leadership, human development and systems thinking meet. My background spans executive coaching, organisational design, enterprise transformation and a long history in IT – and through all of it runs one question: how do we build organisations and societies that let people, business and the living world thrive together?
Today that question takes shape in a family of initiatives. Enterprise Movement brings business agility and systemic change to organisations across Europe, North America and Southeast Asia. Luminus is a framework for human development, told through profiles, books and journeys. Systemic Actions is a series of books on seeing the whole and acting on it. And Regenerative Voices lifts up the thinkers and practitioners showing the way towards a regenerative society.
I draw on anthropology, psychology, complexity science, Indigenous knowledge and history – and on the slow, practical work of building a regenerative place with my own hands outside Uppsala.
Each initiative carries one part of the same purpose. Follow them into their own worlds.
An international movement for organisational transformation – leadership, systems thinking, business agility and resilience, turned into practical change in real enterprises. Co-founded with an international team working across Europe, North America and Southeast Asia.
A framework for human and organisational development – personality, strengths, orientation and integration, seen through the four elements of the Luminus wheel. Profiles, certification and programmes for individuals, teams and cultures.
Books, cards and journeys of transformation – myths, characters and archetypal states that help you recognise where you stand and where you are going.
A book series on systemic leadership, beginning with Seeing the Whole – how to understand complex systems and act wisely within them. In English and Swedish.
A global directory of 300 regenerative thinkers, practitioners and educators – role models for a regenerative society, open to nomination and growing every month.
Complexity science, whole-system performance and organisational design – making the invisible patterns visible.
Leadership development, executive coaching and transformation that people own rather than endure.
Regenerative agriculture, soil, reuse and craft – and a regenerative economy that gives back more than it takes.
Anthropology, psychology, myth, ritual and Indigenous knowledge – identity, grief and transformation.
A place being built by hand – reclaimed oak, reused windows, an orangery, a pond and gathering spaces – for workshops, leadership retreats, ceremonies and cultural events in nature.
A book project on the United Nations and the post-war “golden age”, 1945–1973 – power, decolonisation and the question: golden for whom?
